Iowa Appliance Center is also impacted by the nationwide shortage of many appliances, due to the effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Unfortunately, shipping times will vary, and can extend 2-14+ weeks from the time of purchase. At this time manufactures are not providing estimated dates of arrival on factory backorder items. If possible, we suggest you secure your product(s) as soon as possible to avoid further delays. We are especially grateful for your loyalty!

We feel it is important to reach out to you personally, and share the precautions we are taking in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our clients and employees. While we always strive to maintain the highest standards when it comes to cleaning our showroom, we are taking it even further by increasing the frequency of our cleanings, including on all surfaces, appliances, and door handles.

We are following these guidelines from the CDC:

  1. Avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
  2. Washing hands often; avoid shaking hands.
  3. Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
  4. Covering coughs and sneezes.
  5. Staying home if sick.

All of our employees have been equipped with the necessary sanitizing products recommended and will be using them frequently. For our clients and employees safety, please note that office personnel will be screening calls prior to scheduling service, and installs.
