The cottage industry hero

I started a cottage industry baking sourdough bread after I became disabled. I've been baking bread for friends and family in the past but I now I'm baking for many in my small town. As anyone who's ever baked knows kneeding one or two loafs by hand is quite a workout. Now I am baking 10 loafs a day and needed something to lighten my load. I purchased a Bosch Universal mixer and I couldn't be happier. This machine is a beast. It kneeds 10 pounds of dough without straining. I then started buying all the attachments for it and replaced many of my other appliances. This machine does it all. I highly recommend it.
