This machine cleans great on the Normal wash setting. The instructions recommended the Normalsetting over Auto because it saves water. An improvement in the machine would be an audio signal at the end of entire cycle.

I really trust this dishwasher to get my dishes clean. It even takes care of oily messes, like peanut butter, which my old dishwasher couldn't handle. And because it has no heating element, you can put large dishwasher-safe plastics on the bottom rack. But it doesn't have a rinse-and-hold function, so I have to manually rinse anything that might get smelly while waiting for me to run it. (I live alone so it's typically 4-5 days between washes.) And a family member has the same model, and we both complain about how difficult it is to load dishes. It seems to have been designed for a formal dining set with china plates and large stemware, not for day-to-day living. I make it work, but my last one loaded better.

I like it; it's very quiet. My only complaint is the lower rack goes off the track very easily. I had to learn just how to pull it out to keep it on the track..

I am tired of replacing dishwashers after a couple of years of use. Hopefully this Bosch will outlive its predecessors from other manufacturers. Everything needed for the installation was included and it was well protected by the simple packaging.
This might not be the best machine for drying dishes but they are clean and the unit is very functional.

The dishwasher was pretty easy to install, it works great and the quietness is really wonderful. The only thing I was disappointed with was I can't put as many dishes inside as my previous one.

I have " known" many makes of dishwashers over the years and none can compare to my Bosch. I am renting and at my own expense, I replaced the dishwasher with a Bosch. To me, there is none better. Thank you for it's engineering!

I appreciate the reliability of Bosch; however, even after spending plenty of money acquiring my new diswasher and installation, etc., I am a little disappointed with the interior of the machine. I just am not able to load it as well as I did my previous Whirpool, which was old. Plus I don't feel like it dries as well even tho I add the "finish" product.

This thing is AMAZING!!! All of my dishes, pots, pans, and glasses come out clean and dry! You can't hear it when it's running... absolutely no complaints! Very pleased with my purchase!

We really like this dishwasher. We formerly had another quality brand, but it died after 5 years, and had an issue where it vented at the top and destroyed our laminate countertop. We wanted a Bosch but need to do a kitchen remodel and weren't ready to buy a full-featured dishwasher. This model cleans great, simple to operate controls, and plenty quiet. Highly recommend!

The one thing I really hate, is the silverware racks!!! They are awkward, the come lose , and there is absolutely no place for your huge utensils you use! I saw this online . My advice is go to the store and look at it. The only problem is Lowe's didn't have a model on the floor!! Other then that it does its job. I wouldn't buy it again just because of the lousy design for the silverware! It must've been a man that designed this one! Ask the women what they want next time!!

I am thrilled with my new Bosch dishwasher. I always pre-washed my dishes before owning the Bosch. Now I clear the food chunks off and since I live alone only do a load about once a week. They come out sparkling every time. They come out sparkling every time.

We had a Samsung that looked nice but was piece of junk. The Bosch is head and shoulders above the Samsung. They could havemaybe arranged the racks a little beter but still a great dishwasher.

I do not like this product . The racks are very wobbley and come off track easily. Door is hard to open . Racks are hard to pull out. If you don't open the door when they are done washing , they will stay wet . It's stupid that they don't dry with the door is closed . I had it 2 days, and had to call service to check out all my complaints. He came and checked the racks and other things. He concluded that is just the way it's made. I didn't see the actual washer in the store, I saw it on the salesmans computer . I am so regreting this purchase. Now i am stuck with it until it dies . Bad choice . I should win the contest for all the trouble and agrevation I go through with this daily .

I was in immediate need if a dishwasher in white and found this gem online. The brand is very reputable in Europe so I went with it. It's superior to my former unit which wasn't in stock anyway. The racks are different so I'm getting used to loading it.

This is the 2nd of these Ascenta DW that we have purchased and like the streamline design. While some reviews discuss issues with drying, we use the sanitize button with the automatic setting and most items come out dry although I do keep a towel on hand to dry the door when we open it. It does a great job!

Overall a very nice dishwasher. Cleans very well and is so quiet you can't tell it's even running. The new style of condensate drying however, leaves a lot to be desired. Dishes on both racks are still wet and have to be dried by hand before returning to cabinet. An occasional melted plastic lid was a small price to pay for dry dishes.

I had to replace my old Bosch Ascenta dishwasher. I went with the same model. The new model is much quieter than the old one. I do miss the clips for small lids that was in the upper rack.

After my dishwasher's pump failed, I decided to bite the bullet and invest in quality appliance. I went with a Bosch and it is well worth it. It gets dishes clean in half the time my previous dishwasher. It's super quiet and feels solidly built. Very happy with my purchase.

I did a lot of research to find the very best product available. I found out that a lot of others had already discovered the value of Bosch, so I had to go to a couple of places to find one still in stock. I love that it is so quiet and gets my dishes clean every time. I had to adjust to the different arrangement from my last dishwasher but got used to it quickly and it works well for our family. Overall it seems like a sturdy item that will serve us well.

Quiet. cleans and dries okay. Racks put dishes too close together, so have to use every other slot instead of all the slots. Flatware bins don't fit the racks so hang each one by using only one of the two hooks intended. Tie wrapped the flatware bin hinged parts to upright position to keep flatware from falling out. Upper racks don't fit glasses very well.

I waited several months for this Diswashers to come back in stock as I reviewed many others but Bosch seem to remain with the highest recommendations on wash quality & reliability and I must say I have not been dispointed & look forward to my next wash because my dishes come out sparkling clean & I would highly recommend the Ascenta & price was very reasonable.

Because it was a quarter inch narrower than other bands it fit into the counter area and precluded the need for us to have to do re-construction of part of the kitchen island. It is extremely quiet, but the long washing cycles (over 2 hours, takes some getting used to. Stacking the dishes is not as easy as with our previous dishwasher but a booklet on the recommended stacking method is provided.

We replaced a 30 year old dishwasher. This new one works perfectly. Dishes come out clean and spotless and they dry within a reasonable time. Not having exposed heating element is no problem. Choice of wash cicles is good, we use the ones in the shorter time, time is indicated in controlls, and it working good. Who ever is replacindg an older, with direct power connection dishwasher, will have to provide an electrical plug in outlet to connect this new one. One minus that I can think of are the dish loading racks. There is no good way to load deep soup or salad dishes including coffee or tee cups. That could be inpooved. But in any case we would recommend this dishwasher to our friends.

Not all dishes get cleaned if I don't rinse. Too many prongs to comfortably fit glasses and rubber bowls. Sometihard to pull racks out when trying to load. Like the different settings and the quietness of it.

My new Bosch Ascenta Diswasher has met and exceeded my expectations. Choosing a dishwasher within my price range presented a challenge. Most are poorly made, lack a stainless interior are noisy and do not last long. We are retired and replacing appliances often is not easy. The Bosch was affordable, had the features I wanted, is Super Quiet, efficient and easy to use. Needless to say, I would recommend this unit as a good value.

Overall I am happy with this dishwasher, I would however, preferred a section specifically designed for large cooking utensils, Right noe I use my top rack for these utensils thus taking away from space for my glassware and cups.Also the inside door is always wet after I open the dishwasher after the wash. The dishes do come out sparkly clean and the machine is very quite . Overall a very nice machine

I had a Maytag dishwasher for many years. It accommodated a lot of glasses and coffee cups in the top rack and lots of plates, bowls and other dishes in the bottom rack. I'm not able to load as many dishes in this dishwasher. However, that's not my main issue. The dishwasher door always closes so tightly after loading any dishes (and before running the dishwasher) that there is no air flow inside. Therefore, when I open it again to add more dishes, the odor inside is that of decaying food. The salesman told me I did not need to rinse the dishes before loading, but now I'm almost washing them before loading so there is no food left on them to avoid the terrible odor. The installer was back for another item and checked the installation to be sure there were no water flow issues, but that is not the problem. I have to leave the door completely open at times to avoid this smell before the run the dishwasher. We didn't always run it every day since there are only 2 of us, but now I must run it every night to avoid the smell.

First time I've ever purchased a Bosch product and I have to admit this dishwasher delivers! Very simple to operate, extremely quiet, great features, built in leak sensor, very stylish looking, and my dishes come out extremely clean, and the price was very affordable, this is a no brainer!
