The issue is durability but the item itself works well. I have had this item for 2 years. I vacuum about once a week nothing excessive mostly hardwood floors. Within the first year long hairs wrapped around not only the spinning brush but deep inside the axle of the brush head motor - started making a horrible noise then not working at all. Thankfully I was able to clean the hairs out but whoever designed this did a bad job - hairs should not be able to even make it into this area. After 2 years the little small plastic wheels that keep the plastic casing above the floor have completely worn away. Now the the whole devices it just scrapes the floor and scratches things instead of rolling. Quite disappointing given how much the vacuum costs and more importantly how incredibly expensive the replacement piece is.

Cheaply made but expensive to replace. I enjoy the vacuum. It works very well. But on this attachment a plastic piece broke off only a few weeks in.

love this CordZero vacum but the universal attachment lost the wheels on it and now I cannot find replacements Only had this for about 1 1/2 years and paid $400 I dont want to purchase a whole new attachment for over $100 wish i could find the wheels

This carpet brush does a great job bus sadly they only last about a year on both of my vacuums the little black flexible hose inside the brush broke and that is why I bought a replacement.

The attachment worked fine for about 20 months then just stopped spinning. Now its useless and when I reached out to customer service on the chat they kept me waiting for over 30 minutes and sent me a broken link basically saying too bad it broke but Im not going to help. Im now debating whether or not to pay over $100 for a replacement part considering I paid almost $500 for the vacuum or just give up on LG and get another brand. Very disappointing...

I got the vacuum almost 2 years ago for Christmas. It was $700 on black Friday deal at the time and it didnt even last 2 years before I had to start buying replacement parts. I want to love this vacuum you can disassemble it to clean it but if I have to buy a new $110 spindle nozzle every two years yikes.

I had to get a new vacuum head as my old one died. Glad they have now put a dont get this wet sticker on it Im guessing thats why the old one stopped working.

Ive have a LG CordZero A9 Kompressor that I purchased about three years ago. I use it almost entirely on hardwood or vinyl flooring. A few days ago it began making a screeching sound when pushed across the bare floor. The sound is like fingernails on a chalkboard. It turned out that one of the small wheels on the bottom of the cleaning head had fallen out. I was unable to put the wheel and axle back in the slot underneath the cleaning head. The wheel on the opposite side appears worn after only three years of use. Im told there is no repair possible for the failure of the small wheel therefore Im left with having to buy a new replacement cleaning head to protect my investment I find this excessive. I dont know how efficient the stick vacuum cleaner will be with the missing wheel if I continue using it as is. The vacuum cleaner performed very well until the wheel failure.
Any suggestions?

I bought this vacuum for our new house as a housewarming gift to my wife and myself. I have hardwood floors. We have had the vacuum for right at a year. I was vacuuming and the power head started making a horrible noise and I noticed that the roller brush vibrates and is loose. This vacuum is just used for spot cleaning as we use Two rumbas. Ive only had to clean the yellow filter twice. I love the ease this vacuum provides but for the price why cant the power head be better built. The power head now need to be replaced. I wish I could just buy a new roller and not a whole unit.

I purchased the LG CordZero A9 stick vacuum as a gift to myself and loved it but within the first year the nozzle started having issues and the suction is weakening even though I wash the filter once a month and now it sits in my laundry room useless. This vacuum was registered via text Text a photo of the camera icon to 77228 but I cant find my product anywhere on LGs site. Truly frustrating and disappointing as this was an expensive vacuum. I have had a LG washer and dryer for many years and assumed that all LG products were reliable. This LG Cordzero vacuum is not worth the price.
