No drainage hose was included with product. Unit runs for 40 minutes in AC cooling before the lower storage tank needs to be emptied.

Easy setup works great

Central air broke we purchased this unit to use short term a month later still not fixed . This LG unit cools the whole downstairs. Quick easy setup . Will keep it as a backup when central air l air is fixed. It got us out of a jam during the hottest part of the summer.

Great features but no cooling SP reset schedule

I installed this unit about a months ago in our garage. I was pleased to discover that there is a drying mode with relative humidity set point in addition to the cooling mode with dry bulb temperature set point. I plan to use the drying mode to remove the added moisture when our car comes in wet from the rain or melting snow. My only disappointment is the lack of a 7-day schedule for resetting the cooling set points during different times of the day.

Purchased this to replace a heavy window air conditioner in the bedroom which is 12 x 12 x 8. It does cool the room to around 62-63 degrees however it does shut completely off occasionally and its then that I always wake up. Wish the fan would continue running....

a friend of mine owns this device and when my ac unit broke in my 3bedroom 2 bathroom house he offered to let me borrow it and I stuck in my family room which is connected to the kitchen and living room in a relatively open floor plan and it kept that are cool at around 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit in 100 plus degree temperatures while I got a new unit put in. I was surprised by the power of this little unit and probably would have turned into a puddle without it.
