We bought this on Aug. 10 2023. It served our purpose. Our Central Air Conditioning went out a few day earlier and our service was unable to get the parts under warrantee to repair it. Ever though this only kept one room comfortable it helped keep the rest or our house livable for the nearly two weeks it took to fix our unit.

We love this AC by far the best we ever had and the features Being able to not even be home and be able to turn it on so the house will be cool by the time we get home from work Its is very quiet you can barely hear it we want to get one for the other room downstairs. HIGHLY recommend this AC unit

After only a few days of use this LG Window Air Conditioner is performing better than I had hoped for. I chose this for an upstairs bedroom that is unbearable in the high heat and humidity we have experienced this summer. Its brutal to be up there. To me the cooling factor was vital in the description of this air conditioner. From my room size this was the exact model I needed. So pleased to discover it cooled very quickly Fan speeds came in handy for control quiet operation and it maintained a steady cool temperature as I had it set. The remote is a great feature I had my son connect it for me as I am not too efficient with electronics It is so convenient to operate the air conditioner while you are relaxing The air conditioner is a bit bulky to install. I needed my son to do the installation in the window for me needed to unbox before carrying upstairs. In conclusion this LG Air Conditioner has performed to my expectations for these past few days that we had high temps and high humidity. Cooling is fast and maintained fan speeds help. The upstairs bedroom is now habitable in the summer heat The remote has been easy enough for this senior to operate after my son connected it Pleased

Unfortunately I cant give a good review. I bought two new window units. One in June that does not blow very cold air and feels like just a fan blowing and the second in July and it broke the next day. The control panel had to be replaced. It seems to be working okay now but very worried it was not just replaced with a new unit immediately.

This 10000 BTU LG unit is just what I needed. It is compact and fairly quiet and it does a good job for a 650 square feet apartment. I have not tried the wi-fi feature yet but Im sure itll work great. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this brand to friends and family.
