My LG washer was a Christmas gift and has had a lot of use since Christmas. I really like all of the features. It has a huge drum and holds a lot of clothes. I did have to buy a small foot stool in order to reach the bottom to get all of the clothes out. It runs so quietly and makes the cutest sound when the load is finished

Approximately five months after buying this machine we noticed it was not adding much water to the tub especially when on the Normal cycle the result being loads that are not fully submerged in water even small loads. Also it now makes a loud knocking noise whenever the impeller switches directions. We wonder if the impeller was damaged because of the mechanical strain of turning the impeller without enough water in the drum over the course of many loads we dont know how long it wasnt adding enough water before we noticed it. After navigating the difficult customer service experience very difficult to get in contact with an actual human LG recently sent a tech out to replace a water level sensor and water release valves. Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. Another complaint is that the user manual that came with the machine did not explain what all the cycles and settings are and how to appropriately use them.

I bought the washer and dryer on December 14 2022. The products were delivered shortly thereafter.
Washer/ Dryer: some of my towels were starting to fray on the trim. This has gotten worse with the new washer and dryer.
Pajama bottoms: the elastic waistband is now showing through the pajama fabric. Again there were signs of wear but it has gotten much worse with the new machines.
I zip up any garments with a zipper. A favorite jacket all zipped up now has a broken zipper. First the pull tab on the zipper disappeared. So I managed to get the zipper half way down so I could put the jacket on over my head. Two washes later the zipper that had been stuck halfway down was now completely open so I cannot close the jacket anymore. Ive had that jacket for years and never had a problem.
Dryer: I have damp quilt covers sheets towels drying throughout out the house. Almost every dryer load has clothes that are not completely dry.
My husbands dress/work shirts need repeated drying cycles to come out acceptable to wear.
My husband has 100 faith in Consumer Reports ratings. The LG Washer we purchased was the top-rated washer and that was the only washer he wanted to purchase. Im thinking of returning both products.

I have had this LG washer for one year now. Ill load the clothes into the washer and never overloaded. The clothes that are on the top never get rotated to the bottom to be washed. The clothes stay in their positions. Very little action for cleaning clothes. Washer goes at one slow speed only. I am very disappointed in my purchase.

The large capacity is what we were looking for. It is quiet and efficient.
We did not want an agitator so this washer is perfect for us. The see-through lid is a nice feature too. It spins so much better than our previous washer - the clothes can dry faster in the matching dryer.

Replaced another name brand washer that only lasted 2.5 years due to plastic gears stripping. This LG is sturdier and larger. So far its greatdoesnt shake badly when off balance and has plenty of load selections.

I really like this washer. It uses hardly any water at all but somehow gets the dirt and grease out of my jeans. I am a mechanic and work on heavy equipment for a living I am still just amazed at how clean this washer gets my jeans even on normal cycle. Thank you LG

I had a 20 year old LG HE Top loader that I liked but it started leaking during the holidays. I needed to replace it fast so I picked out this model based on the Consumer Reports top rating. The washer works well and controls are generally intuitive. This is a good thing since the manual contains zero information on the cycles and options. They expect you to go on line for that which is rather annoying. I find this to be a little louder than my prior one but the big difference is the size. This is a monster and holds a lot of clothes. If I filled it more full I wouldnt be able to dry everything at one time. The biggest problem for me is that Im 53 and I cant reach the clothes in the bottom. This machine sits only 1 higher than my old one but the tub must be deeper because I struggle with every load to reach items in the bottom. Forget asking kids to move things to the dryer theyll fall inside. Im going to have to get tongs or something because after 2 weeks of ownership Im tired of straining to empty this thing. Like I said it does a good job cleaning but Ive had to use the deep wash or soak to get enough water in for muddy heavily soiled clothes. I really wish theyd have had a floor model to see or I might have chosen something smaller. I guess this is what happens when you have to buy in a hurry.

When our 12 year old washer suddenly stopped working I immediately began research to select a replacement. Consumer Reports rated this model LG as one of the best. My wife loved the appearance and features and it was on sale so we bought it on the spot. Hookup was easy and the operating instructions were easy to read and apply. Weve only had this washer for a few weeks but we have washed approximately 10 or more loads with it. It is super quiet and the glass lid allows you to view the washing action. This machine is able to determine the minimal amount of water necessary to effectively clean the clothes. The wash action is impressive and the spin cycle leaves the clothes barely damp. My wife likes the extra capacity drum for bedspreads and bulky items. Time will tell about the durability of this machine but so far it has been fantastic

I bought the LG Wt7150cw and after delivery it did not work right at all bad circuit board. Had that fixed and now the washer dose what it want you cant control it like your old washer did. the clothes dont come out clean. I am stuck with it now but I dont recommend this washer to anyone. Before you buy anything look up the reviews.

Been using the washer for a couple of weeks. The capacity is amazing. It washed my queen comforter with a ton of room to spare. Its my first machine without an agitator and it allows for a ton of clothes. Everything comes out clean and I never have to adjust the water level it does it automatically.

I have thin fragile skin I often get cuts scrapes sometimes I dont know Im hurt until I see blood. I keep a spray bottle of peroxide just to spray the stains I forgot to spray my sheets but the blood stains were gone and so was the coffee that was spilled.

Bought this right before Christmas had LG front loader before so wanted to try this. I decided to get the one without the agitator center bar. Im not pleased without it cant fill the washer bottom agitation device doesnt work as well at center bar unit. Cant fill or wont agitate . Bit disappointed

Washing machine keeps getting an IE error message at the rinse cycle. I stop the cycle and restart. Last washing cycle was 1hour 55 minutes. We purchased the extended warranty. spoke with a rep for quite some time and she said our drain pipe was not correctly placed. We reworked the drain pipe. Checked the water hoses. We purchased machine thru Lowes and had Lowes install it. Still not working. Have to call again tomorrow. Not pleased. We are not washing machine repair people That is your job

I own this machine for about 6 weeks. I cant figure out the water plus feature.. The machine weighs the clothing then adds the appropriate amount of water except that it is never enough water.. clothing at the top remain dry as the machine washes the clothes.
The water plus feature is a mysteryI have another brand washer that does the same thing. I discovered that you can trick the washer into adding more water by wetting the load before placing in in the washer

This one is perfect for my needs. Really Ive had washers with all the bells and whistles. The problem is I rarely if ever used all those features and as it turned out it is just more stuff to break and go wrong. This washer is every bit as good at the intended function washing clothes.

Im able to wash an entire set of bedding in this washer including the blanket. I also love that my clothes get more dry before they go into the dryer. Also they are softer after they come out of the matching LG dryer. It was a great choice to buy these two appliances.

We purchased this washer because it came very highly recommended. The salesman we bought it from owned an LG washer and couldnt say enough good things about it. We also did our homework with comparisons and on-line reviews. Everything indicated it was a very good and reliable product. Fast forward 4 months. The machine has developed a bad clunking sound when it agitates. I have called LG warranty department twice uploaded multiple videos for them to review and have been waiting to hear back from a service technician since the machine is still under warranty. Very disappointed in the washer AND the customer service

I have had this washer just over 4 weeks and now that I have figured out most of the settings I really love it It gets my clothes clean in a much shorter time than my old washer and uses less water. I have watched the loads thru the glass cover and it actually covers the clothes with water but not too much

Bought this a few years ago it started depositing HUGE chunks of sludge. LG wouldnt replace so I took it apart using YouTube as a guide cleaned all the parts. It was sickening. Its happening again. Its winter. I cant do it. Getting rid of it. I am thoroughly disgusted disappointed.
