Fantastic. Large capacity allows me to do my laundry in much less time. However if you are shorter you may need a pair of tongs to help get the socks from the bottom of the tub:

i bought this washer and matching drier almost a month ago and i will say i am still learning all its abilities. I did setup the Wi-Fi with both machines and it is nice that they communicate with Alexa and with each other as i am finding out which is pretty cool for instance we did a load of towels when they were ready to be dried I didnt have to turn the selector to towels it had already done that for me so their is adaptive learning with these machines which is awesome the washer is quite and cleans cloths so much better then my old machine did . yes i would recommend these machines .

This washer replaced a previous LG washer that I had had for 7 years. The original was still working but beginning to show some minor wear and we caught a sale and decided to replace it.
The washer is huge which I love. I chose the model with an impellar rather than an agitator as I like the extra space it affords me. It is very deep and at 54 I sometimes struggle to reach the items at the bottom but that is a minor inconvenience Im willing to trade for the washer size. We have well water and I appreciate the stainless steel tub which is just one less thing to worry about staining. Hook up was simple and easy and it came with the necessary hoses. I love that it can sense the size of the load and actually adjusts the wash time accordingly saving me time and money. The Wi-fi works flawlessly and I like getting a notification that the load is finished. It does and excellent job washing and rinsing. I use a powder detergent and it handles it just fine. I did have to do some reading to understand how the normal cycle with the prewash works as I was initially confused by the beeping tone which only signals that the pre-wash is complete and other items can be added. Being old school I would appreciate having the info on all the features in the accompanying booklet but they are easily located online. Im unsure how often I will use the Allergine feature but its nice to know that I have that option. I had no issues with odors with my previous LG as I always leave the lid open for air to circulate after a wash and Ill treat this one the same.
All in all this is a great washer and Im happy to have it in my home.

The self setting on water is terrible. Clothes on top never get wet and/or there is still soap on the clothes AFTER its done. I have to stay and add water from buckets to get clothes clean. I want to be able to pick what water level not a machine

Had this washing machine for a couple of weeks and Im happy with its performance so far. The fill capacity is excellent the clothing gets clean and the spin cycle seems to extract water very well. It makes a soft high pitched noise during some parts of the wash cycle which my kids find annoying but it doesnt bother me. I like the mobile notifications when a cycle is complete as well. The user guide is a bit lacking with information on how the wash cycles differ from each other.

Wow This washer has been so amazing Not only has it been an outstanding wash of art but it saves me so much time money and hassle Its very mesmerizing to watch the cycles do their job as well. I love the see through lid not only for giving me live entertainment but also for the slow close feature My previous washers would always accidentally slam shut and sometimes with my hand/finger in them. Weve had this washer for a month now after our old washer started leaking. This machine is very easy to use the sensing mechanism is amazing and the loads can be very quick. The capacity is also amazing as I can wash a lot without the machine becoming uneven. We are very happy with this purchase.

We are so pleased with the lack of agitator and huge volume. However it only cleans well enough on the extra water settings so its very limiting and we basically use the only option we have to get enough water to clean.

Bought this machine to replace a 22 year old one. It has a lot of features that I will likely never use but it was on sale and cheaper than the more basic models. I do like the large capacity capability for comforters and blankets and the ability to do twice as much in one load. Some of my clothes do come out with dry patches as the water level doesnt always cover the load. I am concerned that the circuit board may eventually go out as electronics dont seem to last...hopefully Im wrong. The container where the detergent goes holds water and I have to empty it after each use to keep from getting slimy. Other than the things mentioned above it works pretty well and is easy to use.

After using this washer for about 2 weeks I have used it for permanent press cottons a full load of bath sheets and a queen size bedspread. It did it all quite well. I fetched a set of tongs to reach socks from the bottom of the tub. There is no compartment for Oxi-Clean which I miss. The included manual seems incomplete about which cycle to use with what items.

I purchased this at Sams Club and had help loading it into my truck. I was impressed on how secure it was packed with styrofoam. After using it I was surprised on how high speed it rinsed off. When placing it into my LG dryer the clothes were dried much faster then ever An impressive energy saver

Ordered this in November and received Dec 19. Very quiet with many features. So far does a great job. I wish that the manual that came with the washer had more details concerning each selection and features. I realize that one is directed to the online detailed manual but it would have been nice. Also the steam feature connectors are not included in the installation and no written instructions were included.

Im a short girl and I had my mind made up to buy an LG washer. But the model I intended to buy would not be available for a few weeks and I needed a washer now So I ecplored the idea of the large capacity washer at 44.50 tall. Some said I would need a grabber to reach the clothes. Others suggested I purchase a small stool which I would need on a regular basis. I read the reviews and visited the store. And fell in love What a beauty Of course there were no clothes in the washer but I could almost reach the bottom. Loved the dials the window and all the features. Next to it sat the matching dryer. That was a must have too although my present dryer was working fine.
Ive had them over a month now and I couldnt be happier. They are powerful big and quiet. Washing bulky bedding is no problem. Just the level of confidence you will have with the large models makes it worth it. Ive owned LG before and wouldnt have anything else. And P.S.the only time I had to get the stool was when there was a marble in the bottom of the machine

I have only had this washer for about a week but I love it. It has the steam option and antibacterial which was needed when the stomach bug hit our house. The only thing I wish it came with was an owners manual. There is one online but I prefer the book option.

OMG this Washer made my life so much easier. I have all of the settings I need for all of my different loads. From towels to bedding to delicates and a few other settings this washer makes it a breeze to select what I want to wash based on the load I am doing. The quietness is wonderful I hardly hear it in my laundry room which is right off of my kitchen. And I just follow the settings and the laundry really cleans my laundry I am a believer in the new agitation of the washer no more center agitator.
